2. General Provisions

ONLY is a service for supporting international payments and payment solutions for business. We pay special attention to the protection of personal data and user security.

Data processing is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ 'On Personal Data', other applicable legislation, and the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency.

We process only the data necessary for the proper functioning of the Site, processing of applications, and provision of services.

3. What Data We Collect

Personal data provided by the user:

  • first name, last name;
  • phone number / Telegram;
  • email address;
  • company name, TIN (when applying from a legal entity);
  • information about the task (type of operation, currency, amount, countries of origin and receipt, comment).

Technical data collected automatically: IP address, device and operating system type, browser type and version, generalized geolocation, cookies, and analytics system identifiers.

Behavioral data: visited pages, time spent on the Site, source of the transition.

4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

  • processing of applications, requests, and user queries;
  • information about services and operation support conditions;
  • conclusion and execution of contracts for consulting services;
  • ensuring the correct operation of the Site and improving service quality;
  • analytics and optimization of platform operation;
