Terms of Use

This Terms of Use Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the 'Agreement') governs the terms of use of the only-pays.com website (hereinafter referred to as the 'Site') between LLC 'ONLY' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') and any person visiting the Site (hereinafter referred to as the 'User').

1. Subject of the Agreement

The Agreement defines the terms of User access to the Site, rules for using the information published on the Site, and the procedure for interaction between the User and the Company within the framework of initial requests.

2. Status of Information on the Site

Information on the Site is for reference purposes only and does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Company’s service conditions are determined individually in each specific case based on the analysis of the task, documents, country, currency, counterparty, and applicable requirements.

3. Use of the Site

The User undertakes to use the Site in good faith, not to take actions that disrupt the functionality of the Site, not to post knowingly false information in feedback forms, and not to use Site materials for purposes contrary to the legislation.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials posted on the Site, including texts, graphics, design, logos, and other objects, belong to the Company or are used on a legal basis. Their copying and distribution without the Company’s written consent is prohibited, except in cases directly allowed by legislation (quotation with indication of the source and a link to only-pays.com).

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for decisions made by the User based on information posted on the Site. The Company does not guarantee the processing of a specific payment or transaction, as the result depends on many external factors, including the position of banks, correspondent banks, regulators, and applicable sanctions regimes.

6. Changes to Terms

The Company may change the terms of this Agreement unilaterally. The current version is always available on the Site at only-pays.com/terms-of-use/.

7. Governing Law

The relations arising in connection with the use of the Site are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
